Our live volunteers are available during office hours to provide support, answer questions, and help you find meetings. All calls are confidential and respect your anonymity.

Monday–Friday: 9:00am–6:00pm

Saturday: 10:00am–2:00pm

Sunday: Closed

Bookstore & Literature
AA literature, Grapevine materials, and medallions

Our bookstore carries a full selection of AA World Services literature, Grapevine magazines, and medallions for 1–70 years of sobriety. We offer in-store pickup and shipping options.

Supporting AA Central Service

Groups and members support Central Service so we can answer phones, maintain meeting information, and connect AA across Eastern Massachusetts. Central Service is a coordinating service—not governance or ruling.

How Your Contributions Help:

  • • Keep meeting directories current and accessible
  • • Provide literature and resources to groups
  • • Support service committees and events
  • • Maintain office space and operations
Daily Website Updates
Keep your group information current

Groups: send meeting changes (time, format, online links) to Central Service to keep our directory accurate and helpful for those seeking meetings.

How to Submit Updates:

  1. Use the update form or email with group name, day/time, address/URL
  2. Note if hybrid/online; include accessibility information
  3. We'll publish updates daily and sync with meeting directories
